While at KCOM (Kingston Communications), I was responsible for implementing technical solutions at both corporate and client offices.

I designed and implemented new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity.

I completed system documentation and test specifications based on consultancy guidelines, which were delivered on time with a high level of quality.

I ensured that there was effective communication between consultancy teams, Project Managers, clients, and corporate directors, and provided on-site support where needed.

Using PRINCE2 methodologies, I was the sole Project Manager for the business unit, and maintained responsibility for a rolling programme of service developments and implementation to support the Web proposition, as well as a 2 year corporate strategy.

I negotiated all project resources, allocated appropriate roles and responsibilities and arranged and chaired all meetings. I planned and defined all deliverables, for both internal and external clients, and was responsible for all corporate digital and web business.

Volunteer Experience

I volunteered for two years for the United States Air Force 65th Air Base Medical Unit Lajes Field Azores in the Family Advocacy Unit. During my time there, I increased meeting attendance by 120%, and was able to help stressed families cope with their newly found parenting responsibilities.
